Return & Exchange Window
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be mostly unused (at least 90% of the content should remain).
- The item must be in its original packaging and free from damage or tampering.
Processing Time
All return and exchange requests are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products back for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, Scents With Memories will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
