- Our return and exchange window is 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
- To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the fragrance remaining, and must be in original, undamaged packaging.
- All applications for return or exchange are processed within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your request.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers must cover any return or exchange shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage or an error on our end.
4. High-Value Order Policy
- For orders exceeding Rs. 5,000, we offer exchange only.
- Refunds are not applicable for high-value orders.
5. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Leaking
- Incorrect
HB Bawani Fragrance will cover all delivery charges for the return or exchange.
Please inform our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order for quick processing.
